We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases and we completely understand that Returns are a way of any e-commerce experience. We believe in putting your convenience as our top priority and so our returns are simple and straightforward.
Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Under our goodwill returns policy, we’re happy to acknowledge order cancellation request within 12 hours of purchase. Any refund or exchange is offered entirely at our own discretion and all items must be returned with your original receipt (or other proof of purchase) in the same condition as when you purchased them, with the price ticket attached (if applicable). This does not affect your statutory rights. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. After 12 hours have elapsed, no cancellation is possible.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Here’s how to return an item to us:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-‐refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping a high-value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the items have been successfully returned, we will refund the amount back to your credit or debit card within 14 days.
