We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases and we completely understand that Returns are a way of any e-commerce experience. We believe in putting your convenience as our top priority and so our returns are simple and straightforward.

 

Returns Acknowledgement

 

Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

 

Item No Longer Needed

 

Under our goodwill returns policy we’re happy to acknowledge order cancellation request within 12 hours of purchase. Any refund or exchange is offered entirely at our own discretion and all items must be returned with your original receipt (or other proof of purchase) in the same condition as when you purchased them, with the price ticket attached (if applicable). This does not affect your statutory rights. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. After 12 hours have elapsed, no cancellation is possible.

Damaged Item

In the unlikely situation that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will give you a full refund, including the cost of returning the item to us for a period of 6 months from delivery of the item.

 

 

Returns Process

Here’s how to return an item to us:

  1. Contact our Customer Services team within 7 days of receiving the item, and let them know you wish to return it. You can choose to receive either a replacement item or a

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­‐refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the items have been successfully returned, we will refund the amount back to your credit or debit card within 14 days.
